When performing the Deadlift and Push press strength elements, try to build on the weights used in the previous weeks session. Ensure correct form is maintained at all times. For the end circuit select a weight for the power clean that you can do 7 unbroken reps with, this will help with breaking the workout up into manageable sections 👍
