Get strong by mastering the pull-up bar! By incorporating pull-ups in your training routine, you will gain significant functional strength...not to mention look good and feel great! Work hard on completing as many reps as you can with proper technique. When you are done the workout, add the number of total reps you did as a Note and schedule the Pull-Up Power workout next week to see your progress as you build up your stamina and pulling power!
