Once again whilst performing the strength element of the programme. Try to build on last weeks weights while maintaining perfect form. Use only the bar for the snatch work as this is a technique only section. When you get to the end circuit I’m looking for you to perform as much work in a 10 minute window as possible. I’ve used 4 rounds as a guide. The weight of the thruster should be one that you can do all 5 repetitions unbroken with 👍
