Hi guys, I'd like to post this workout because this is the workout I do everyday and I moved from a six pack to an 8 pack in a few months. This workout should be done once a day. This workout will also help with weight loss but if weight loss is your primary aim then please see my weight loss workouts that will be posted shortly.
