Strength train your legs weekly. Working the larger muscles burns more calories than smaller muscles. Keeping your glutes strong adds to your core strength. If you have not been exercising these muscles regularly, start with two sets and progress to three. If you have any back or joint injuries that I have not been made aware of, please let me know before proceeding so I can make the appropriate changes.
