Get your rear in gear! This program is designed to get your backside looking as close to those oh-so-perky Brazilian booties we all know and love. All you'll need for this workout is your willingness to feel a little booty burn. Something to note during the entire program is to keep focus on your glute muscles while performing each exercise.
