Do you dream of world peace, a tight core, and a perky bottom? Easier said than done, right?!...but actually we can tackle the last two wishes in this effective and feel-great program. For the next three weeks, you'll be working out for about 10 minutes at a time focusing on your core muscles, inner thighs, and your all-important booty. The only equipment you'll want to use is a medicine ball or perhaps a weighted backpack. If you have an exercise mat, feel free to use it throughout. Now, let's kick some butt!
