描述

Start in Push up position with dumbells in your hands. Jump your feet up towards your hands, bringing your chest up and knees outside your elbows. Stand up with the dumbell and press them straight over your head. Come back down, bringing dumbells to the floor. Jump back to push up position and repeat.
