描述

Adjust seat to your height then seat yourself in the machine after selecting weight. Start with weight that you can easily press to determine proper position. Refer to machine diagram instructions as to seating position. Place hands on handles and grasp to press . Hands should be at mid shoulder height at beginning and end of presses. Slowly press feeling tension in the shoulders. Keep your bottom firmly planted on the seat some machines have a belt available to belt you down.
