There are all types of methods to gain muscle but recent science has proven that as long as you are repping to about 90% exhaustion with each exercise, your body will produce the hormones needed to build those lovely lumps of meat we all love so much. In this workout, we're going for no weight/high rep exercises which means you'll be moving for long periods of time. Try to get to that 90% exhaustion with each movement you do and slowly but surely you're likely to see the results you're looking for.
