Target every muscle group in your backside to tighten, tone, and firm your glutes. No equipment needed, just grab a mat if you have one. You'll start on the ground for the first part of this routine to wake up your glutes, stand for the second part to target all the muscles connected to your glutes, and return to the floor for the final set to focus on one glute at a time. What a way to work on any imbalances in the muscles!
