This is a simple follow along program for anybody looking to torch fat, burn calories, and tone the body without ever having to pick up a weight! You can do these workouts anywhere and anytime. All you need is a little space and a made up mind. This is a 5 week plan that can be done by ALL FITNESS LEVELS!
