Welcome to the Active Recovery Yoga mini series. When starting this short program, keep in mind that yoga is not just a work-OUT... it's also a work-IN. It's what you feel on the inside that really matters during your yoga practice, so try to tune into that while you move through these flows over the next few days. Here you'll focus on increasing joint mobility, breathing slowly throughout, and feeling in control of your body to help you prepare for the next day’s training. As a result, you will feel energized, less sore, and be in a good mood for the rest of the day. Guess what? This is exactly what yoga can do for you, its main purpose is to allow energy to flow freely across the channels of your body to enhance blood circulation.
