I am certified with NSCA First Aid/CPR, I have a Bachelors in Exercise science/Adult Fitness. I will provide you with a total-body workout from largest to smallest muscle groups. I am a big believer in doing full-body workouts, even when your goals are very specific. This is the best way to build a balanced body & avoid injuries. You can perform these routines either at home, park or at the gym. You can use dumbbells/medicine balls a weight bench or a park bench. Functional movements let you know that the move works several muscle groups at once & this is likely to translate to the way you use your body everyday. Everything has to do with the core. If you work the core you work the rest of the body.
