Injury updates: The shoulder is good enough to start benching again. Feels good! Only slight pain with too much inward rotation. But keeps getting better. Turns out in the meantime I have a small tear in my ankle band. So no squatting last 3 weeks and will have to wait for full recovery. Alot of pumping bodybuilding on the legs now. Legg press is my new friend haha. Hope all goes a Lil better cuz I still gotta get summer ready!!!
