So I play soccer, my main position is goalie. But I want to Learn how I can improve my diving, like so I can dive farther. Or faster reflexes. If u have any tips I will be gladly to accept them.

I also play soccer! Planks help, and also if you do curls with weights or even soup cans! Also punching strengthens your shoulders, so just punch the air. Hope this helps!!

Something pro athletes do is play other sports during there off season. Like rob gronkowski plays basketball and admits it helps him on the football field. So you might want to play some basketball or tennis. Also when I was in high school I did weighted box jumps and weighted stair running 20s in each hand to improve my jump. I was 5'6 and able to tip the basketball hoop because of that
