My trainer is not working. Her voice isn't coming through no matter what u do fix it.

You probably have the expert setting enabled in the settings.  It shuts off the voice after the start of the workouts

Also, sometimes the voice doesn't work you can just try one of the other girls, and that works then. All the best.
