Im 36 and hav e recently tried to start a workout routine. I work long hours at my job and have tried fitting in a workout at night. I feel my motivation is sliping because my knees and ankles are bad and i have trouble running and now im thinking i have some type of tendonitis going on in my arm so it is uncomfortable just moving my arm. Im not sure how to work through this, so if anyone has similar issues and can give me some advice on what i can do to work through this
