Motivation & Support / Accountability

If it's honesty your after i will gladly keep an eye on you.  I hate whining and self pity.  I like to see effort and people who wanna help themselves.  You have proven so far that you don't whine.  That's a great start.  But only one workout so far?  Get your Ass in gear and start clocking them up!
Squats will  help those thighs and you can do them anywhere anytime.  Five minutes to do fifty. .    Can you do it?

Cut the lot out. Allow yourself one portion of each maybe on a Friday as a reward to yourself. If you can't exercise self control then you won't succeed.

Cheese and sugar are my vices. I recently lost 30lbs eating well and exercising 30 minutes in the am and 30 in the pm. I get bored quickly and ALWAYS convince myself that "im doing so well... a little wont hurt". But my food willpower is garbage. I LOVE food. I gained back 10 lbs. :-(

Bear in mind that diet is as important as exercise. If your as active as you say with the kids then why the weight? What's your diet like? How often do you eat? What do you snack on? These are all questions you need to ask yourself

That's nice routine to have. Fresh air, exercise, and family can't be that :-)

I spend anywhere from 2-5 hours at the park in our town hiking and playing at least 2 times a week. When the kids were on spring break we were there almost everyday! It was great! We only ever stopped to eat lunch or dinner.

Do what your able to. If you can do ten do ten. Then later do ten more. While running a bath do ten more. I used to do ten push ups every time i entered the kitchen lol. Ouch

Lol, kick her Alan... As for Toni a little tip chase the kids and the whole family will get a good workout. You lose some pounds the kids will get some quality time with Mom and they'll be worn at the end of the day. Have fun and keep us posted on weight lose journey.

Iv followed you. had this app for a while but I really should start using it. Im just under 11st and 5ft6 ish. And fed up of not having any clothes that fit nice. Xx

Five minutes? Fifty? Holy hell... im out of shape! Will able I be able to walk tomorrow? I have 4 kids at home to chase...
