The 5 minute plank is a physical feat that less than 1% of the population can do. Would you like to be in that 1%? This program will help get you to that goal in two weeks, and all you need is your own body weight. Aside from the actual '5 Minute Plank Challenge', there are only 8 workouts and none of them exceed 15 minutes. However, the workouts and challenges get progressively harder at a rapid rate so the program works best if you can already hold a 1-2 minute plank. Don't wait! Step up to the challenge.
