so i decided to just start posting my logs at the end of the day starting today ( obviously :P lol )
(so my whole reason for doing these exercises (you'll notice they will up in amount per rep after time) is to rebuild endurance, like i said in my earlier post, ive been lacking my usual energy recently and am going to start getting nutrition shakes once i get more money next month.
Ok, anyways :P heres what ive done today
(1 set of core exercises done)
1st set of core exercises:
started @ 4;34 pm ended @ 5:30 pm
*20 diamond crunches
*20 diamond crunches
*20 ankle grabbers
*20 ankle grabbers
*camel pose 1 minute
*side stretches 40 (20 bends towards each side)
*knees to elbows 60 ( 30 each side)
*wheel pose 40 seconds
(2 sets of lower body exercises done)
1st set of lower body exercises:
started @ 6;30 pm ended @ 6;55 pm
*weighted PLIE squats 10
*lateral leg lifts 40 (20 each side)
*SUMO squats with heel raises 10
*glute kick backs 20 (10 each side)
*wide center leg stretch 3 minutes
*advance lizard pose 2 mins ( 1 min each side)
*downward dog 1 minute
*wallsit 2 minutes
2nd set of lower body exercises:
started @ 10:30 pm ended @ 11:00 pm
*SUMO squat with heel raises 10
*triangle pose 2 minutes ( 1 min each leg)
*lateral leg lifts 40 ( 20 each side)
*wallsit 2 minutes
(1 set upper body exercises done) *really short set *
1st set of upper body exercises:
started @ 7:00 pm ended @ 7:05
* over head pumps (20 lb weight) 10 on each side
*over head pumps ( 20 lb weight) 10 on each side
thats all ^~^ lol, feel pretty good , and plan on doing atleast ten minutes of stretching before bed, hope everyones had a great day, see you guys tomorrow :P
