ok so,lol, ik i havent posted in a few days but thats because of a few things ^~^ A) recently ive started putting new categories into my binder ( which holds all the workouts i write down and all the exercises i write so i can look them up without using my connection ( and making it slower ,been on a weak connection the last week or so) its taken up alot of time because im now researching muscle anatomy, vitamins and minerals, plus there functions in the human body, and , kick boxing/ MMA excercises/workouts. anyways tomorrow if im able to get my buddies cam wokring i'll post pics of the exercises ive been doing to rebuild endurance, for the past week. :) hope your all having a good week, ^~^
