ok so , its been a long week, recently My laptop stopped working (hence why i havent posted lately about my channel, ive been working on finding another cheaper laptop to start recording again, but ive still been working hard :P ive created three new series workouts, and yesterday and the day before did two of them, the workouts i did were: Operation Obliques Part.1 which includes these workouts (in order)
set 1:
20 Diamond Crunches
ab choppers 20 ea/side
wheel pose for 30 seconds
cobra pose for 1 minute
camel pose for 1 minute
set 2:
20 ankle grabbers (10 grabs each side)
20 diamond crunches
wheel pose for 30 seconds
camel pose for 1 minutes
20 diamond crunches

then there was : Working out the ASSets (lol a buddy and me had a good laugh when i came up with this name :P )
this workout is made of these exercises (in order)
set 1:
Balancing stick for 1 min on each side
20 donkey whips ( 20 on each side)
10 dragon squats on each side
20 glute combo kickbacks (10 on each side)
set 2:
20 donkey whips (20 ea/side)
15 weighted PLIE squats
15 weighted SUMO squats
Balancing stick for 1 min on each leg
10 dragon squats on each side ,
done lol,
phew typing that all out was almost as tiring as doing the workouts themselves, lol just kiddin ;) :P well hopefully by monday ill have another laptop and ill be able to post another video, hope everyones having a great day,
