i need motivation help, please

The best motivation is to do just a little. Even if it’s only a 60 second workout. Try squats or lunges or a plank. It’s the little things that help me the most. Then maybe later you can try another 60 seconds of something. I know it’s hard but you can do hard things! You CAN do this.
