描述

Stand on 1 leg with the other leg straight and floating slightly off the floor in front of you. Perform a single leg squat with the standing leg making sure to keep the heel on the floor and your knee behind your toe. Go down as far as you can and stand back up. Try not to touch the floating leg to the floor until you finish the movement. Keep your posture.
