描述

Hold onto a pair of dumbbells. Sit on the ball and walk your feet out until your upper shoulders and neck are on the ball. Lift your hips up, squeeze your glutes and crunch in your abs. Extend your arms up, palms facing each other. Keep your elbows slightly bent. With your arms straight, lower one dumbbell at a time out to the side horizontally to your sides as you alternate between right and left sides.
