Start seated with your legs stretched out in front of you. Lean back and place your palms on the floor behind you, directly underneath your shoulders with fingertips pointed toward your butt. Press your heels into the floor and lift up your hips as you look up toward the ceiling. Slowly lower back to the ground and repeat.
