描述

Start seated with bent knees. Place your hands shoulder width apart on the floor with fingers pointing away from your butt. Lift your butt off the ground while maintaining a slight bend in your elbows. Then, straighten your elbows and draw your glutes up until you come into a reverse tabletop position. Hold for a couple counts at the top before returning to the start. Repeat.
