描述

In a staggered stance with the band under the foot in front, straighten the rear leg and drive the heel into the ground. Tilt the torso forward to align with the rear leg, keeping core braced. Lift arms to shoulder height while keeping elbows straight. Arms should come up wider than shoulders, rather than straight up in front.
