Step 1: Grasp onto the single TRX handle with an overlapping grip. Step 2: Step forward until your body is at 45 degree angle, or close to. Step 3: Rotate your torso by driving your hands to one side, while keeping your arms straight throughout. Step 4: Return back to center position and rotate the opposite way.
