Start in a standing position, feet hip width apart and dumbbells in both hands at your sides. With your palm facing up, curl one dumbbell to your shoulder and rotate your palm in at the end. Press the dumbbell overhead rotating your palm to face forward. Reverse the dumbbell to start and repeat with the other arm. Repeat, alternating arms.
