描述

Stand with your feet together, holding dumbbells at your sides. Slowly lift your left foot back off the ground as your torso lowers forward to counter balance. Return to starting position. Curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders, then push the dumbbells up overhead. Control the dumbbells back down to your shoulders, then to your sides.
