描述

Sit tall on your mat with your back straight, legs bent in front, and your arms up as if you're holding a steering wheel. Swoop your arms from side to side as you lower back, one vertebrae at a time. Once you've leaned back as far as you can comfortably go, work back up while keeping those arms moving from side to side.
