Begin in an elbow plank. Bend your left leg, curling your heel into your body while flexing your foot. Squeeze your inner thighs. Press your left heel up to the ceiling, lifting your left knee about six inches above your right. Return your left leg and repeat the move for 6-12 reps before switching sides.
