Start facing forward with your feet shoulder width apart. Step to the right with your right leg then cross the left leg in front of the right. Whenever the right leg steps out, your hands are at your shoulders with elbows down. As your left leg crosses in front, your arms extend down to your sides. Do 4 reps and walk back to the start.
