Start facing the left side of the room with your left leg forward ready to step. Step onto your left leg then right. With your right leg on the floor bring your left toes to your right knee as you round your spine and bring your hands forward. Step your left leg behind you then the right. With your right leg on the floor bring the left toes to your right knee again but this time arch your spine back as your arms reach out to the back as well.
