描述

Stand tall on one side, put the other foot out beside you with a weight in the arm above the straightened leg to the side. Then you crunch the straightened leg in, while keeping balanced and supported on the opposite leg you're standing on while bringing the weight down to meet your knee as it comes up into the oblique crunch. Do both sides 30sec. Each.
