Start in a right lunge. Tuck your right shoulder under your right leg. Have your hands shoulder-width apart on either side of your right leg. Turn your left elbow in. Keep your back leg lifted and begin to scoot your front leg forward. Bring your left ribcage onto the back of your left upper arm. Bring your weight onto your hands.
