Lay down on your back. Hug your right leg into the chest. Grab your right big toe with two fingers. Extend your right leg up and out. Extend your free arm out. Bring your leg back to center. Grab your right knee with the left hand and twist to your left. Switch sides. Hug your legs into the chest.
