Sit on the floor with your legs extended, arms reaching out in front of your chest, palms facing in. Cross your right leg on top of your left. Pull your abs in and lean backwards about 45 degrees. Bend your left knee as you sit up and reach your arms across your right thigh. Lower your leg and untwist, returning to your reclined position. Repeat on the opposite side.
