Start standing with feet shoulder-width apart and hands in fists at your chest. Begin rolling your fists around each other. Once you've got the roll down, step your right leg out to the right and tap your left leg behind you. Then step your left leg out to the left as you tap your right leg behind you. Keep the arms rolling the entire time.
