描述

Start with feet together and arms down by your side. Bring your left arm straight up toward the ceiling as you lean to the right. Do the same on the opposite side by shooting your right hand up toward the ceiling and lean to the left. From here, take a step in place with your left foot then tap your right toe across and in front of your left foot while flicking your hands out to the sides with elbows bent. Turn your body around but leave your feet in place. You'll notice that your feet will become uncrossed. Once you're facing forward again, step together with your right foot.
