描述

Start seated with your knees bent in front of you, knees touching and feet flat on the floor. Rest your hands palms down on the floor comfortably beside your hips. Sweep your hands up in front of you and draw your bent knees up. Use your arms to give your knees a good hug. Hold a moment before releasing your knees and returning your feet to the floor. Repeat slowly with stability.
