描述

Start lying on your back with your legs straight and arms extended above your head by the ears. Inhale, your arms reach toward the ceiling and your chin tucks into your chest, lift the neck and shoulders off the mat. On an exhale, scoop the abdominals as you roll your spine off the mat. Reach arms over toes as you hollow your belly in opposition to the forward stretch. Reverse the movement all the way down.
