描述

Begin lying on your back with legs extended on the mat and your arms extended above your head. Inhale, raise your arms to ceiling, lift your neck and shoulders off the mat and tuck chin to chest. As you exhale, scoop the abdominals and simultaneously roll the spine off the mat and lift your legs to a 45 degree angle. Inhale, hold, and slowly roll down to your starting position.
