Begin in a low lunge with your left leg bent at 90 degrees and your right leg extended straight behind you. Place your right palm on the ground in front of you and bringing belly button tight to spine. Twist your torso to your left side and raise your left arm, pressing your palm towards the ceiling. Hold for a 10 count, then come back to starting position. Continue to extend and retract.
