Lie on your back with your legs extended, and belly button tight to your spine. Raise your right knee up toward the ceiling, use both hands to grasp your thigh below the knee joint. Straighten your knee, pressing your heel towards the ceiling, hold for a 3 count. Bend your knee, bringing your calf to your hands, hold for a 3 count. Continue to bend and straighten the knee.
