This is your customized view consisting of two sections. The Dashboard showcases your Weekly Workout Goal, Go-To workouts, and other relevant workout content. The Updates section displays recent updates from yourself and your friends.
Browse this section to find premium training programs that help you achieve a specific goal. Programs are crafted by certified personal trainers and are customizable to fit into your busy lifestyle. Refer to the FAQ about Programs for more detailed information.
This is the main area of the app that is your gateway to exploring all of the workouts our app has to offer! Check back every few days to see new Workout of the Week (WOW) challenges for you to try.
Head over here to find an expert who can guide and motivate you. You can follow any Trainer and browse Available Trainers to start 1:1 Online Personal Training with a dedicated coach.

training program in the 'Programs' tab is created by an expert personal trainer and is available for a small price if you are not a PRO+ subscriber. After purchase, you will have full access to that training program on all your Android and iOS devices.
3) If you would like to be coached by a dedicated expert, you can start

Your Coarse Location: When you save a workout session, we also try to send your approximate location so that we can note where you did the workout.
Full Internet Access: Most of our application requires content be needs to be downloaded at least once, for example the audio and images required to do a workout.
Read Phone State & Identity: We ask to read the phone state so that if a phone call comes in during your workout we will pause the workout for you. We do not use your identity as provided for by this permission - Android unfortunately groups these two things together.
Modify / Delete SD Card Contents: To improve application performance and reduce network usage, we store content from the Internet on the SD card. You can see how much space we're using on the SD card by going to Settings -> Cache Size, and you can tap on this item to remove all SD card content.
Prevent Device From Sleeping: We prevent the device from turning off its screen and processor only during a workout.
Automatically Start At Boot: When the device boots up, we do a quick check to see if you are currently in a training program, and if so we reschedule your reminder alarms for the upcoming workouts. No network requests are made as part of this check.
Other permissions:
Control Vibrator: Used when a payment is successfully made.
View Network State: Used only to see if the device is on a Wifi or Data Plan connection. If you're on a Data Plan connection we skip some operations to use less data.
Receive Data From Internet: For Google's Cloud Messenger service. This allows us to push reminder notifications to your device (notifications can be disabled via Settings -> Show Notifications).

什么是状态更新?Notes let you share your fitness state-of-mind or even a quick motivational tip or message to your followers and friends. Your Notes show up on your profile and are seen by the community if you are a public user. If you are a private user, your Notes are only visible to users you follow.

To provide accurate calorie info, we need your age, weight, and gender. You can update this information by pressing
the Menu button and selecting Settings -> Update Your Info. This information is private and never shown to other users.
Once we have your info, calories will be shown on your next workout!
Please note that while we try to provide accurate calorie counts these values are only estimates, and can vary based on
the amount of effort applied in a workout.

If you get behind in your training program, you can choose to do one of three things:
1) Skip the workouts you missed. Tap 'do workout' on the program page and then select 'skip this'.
2) Do the workouts you missed. If you are ready to break a sweat, then you can try to catch up!
3) Restart the program. Tap on 'Edit' while viewing the program, then on 'Leave Program'. Then, you can restart the program from the beginning.

Basic digital audio trainers available for free on your device with no internet connection.

You can use Workout Trainer without an internet connection.
We try to save as many workouts as possible for access offline so just browse around and you'll be able to access most of what you view later.
If you want to access Digital+ or Human audio for a workout, you will have to download it once and then you'll have access to it without internet.
Just start doing the workout and the audio will be downloaded and saved for later.

心率反馈支持哪些设备?We support Android compatible smartwatches including Android Wear 2.0+ smartwatches and Samsung Gear smartwatches. We also support all major Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Heart Rate Monitors that are available on the market. These include the Wahoo TICKR heart rate monitors and the Polar H7 & H10 heart rate monitors. Unfortunately, we are not able to support Fitbit or Garmin heart rate devices.

我如何设置心率反馈?Download the latest Workout Trainer app update on your Android device.
For Android Wear, you’ll also need to download the Workout Trainer companion app onto your smartwatch and make sure your smartwatch and device are connected before you start working out. Make sure you accept the permission to read heart rate date when Workout Trainer starts on your smartwatch.
If you’re using a bluetooth heart rate monitor, check that the device is sharing its heart rate data via bluetooth. You may need to download the companion app from the heart rate monitor manufacturer and pair the monitor in their app before it will connect to your device. For example, for Polar HRM's, you need to download the Polar Beat app from Google Play, then go in to the settings in that app and pair your heart rate monitor. After that, Workout Trainer will be able to connect to it.
You can see if your heart rate devices are connected and working together on the overlay before you hit the PLAY button!

你能解释心率汇总图吗?This graph is generated by the continuous heart rate data that is shared from HR-enabled smartwatch and bluetooth HR monitors, matched up with the exercises you complete throughout the course of your workout. You can tap on each individual exercise to find out your average heart rate for that specific exercise. In addition, we take all the data and provide you with your Resting BPM (beats per minute), Average BPM, and Max BPM. Resting BPM can only be calculated in workouts where there is at least one rest period in which we have obtained an HR datapoint.

你能解释心率区图吗?We establish your HR Zones based on your Max Heart Rate, which is calculated based on your age. The age we use is the one you have added to Workout Trainer. You can update your age as part of your Fitness Assessment in the Settings section of the app.
Warm Up = 0-59% of HR Max
Fat Burn = 60-69% of HR Max
Vigorous = 70-79% of HR Max
VO2 Max is 80-100% of HR Max
You may want to target certain zones as you repeat workouts to hit your performance targets.
