No running is probably good if you're still hurting. I'm at the point where I feel really good and it's easy to motivate myself to go to the gym. About to lift during lunch actually.

So you're totally schooling me this month. In my defense, I'm on a long break after my half marathon a couple weeks ago. No running until mid march.
